Welcome to Askuwheto Boerboels
We are a small hobby breeder in the Lakebay area of Washington State. Our goal is to produce quality Boerboels that have excellent health and temperament, while still following the breed standard. All of our breeding dogs have been DNA tested for genetic diseases and have undergone hip and elbow evaluations (PennHip, OFA), OFA cardiac (echo), and CERF eye exams. We do occasionally use outside studs with similar health testing done.

About the Boerboel
Boerboels are a strong and intelligent guardian breed. They are loyal and loving companions that are protective of their family and property. They require love, attention, guidance, boundaries, and consistent training. They are "Velcro" dogs that prefer to be by your side in whatever you are doing. Boerboels require regular exercise and mental stimulation.
